This program is applicable to current government employees or private sector employees who have a master’s degree and the appropriate level of business experience. The appropriate level of business experience is defined by our human resource office, but would generally be 5 or more years for this program. As described in the introduction, federal government employees are paid on a General Schedule system. Participants in this program would generally be in the GS-14 or 15 pay category as reflected in the Office of Personnel Management website.
